The amount of hair falling out has increased every time I wash it, so I would like to know specifically about the effectiveness and treatment cycle for hair loss.

Over the past few months, I feel like the amount of hair falling out when washing or drying it has increased significantly, so I am looking into hair loss treatments. The volume at the crown of my head has dropped considerably, so my scalp is much more visible in photos taken from above. Therefore, rather than going straight to surgery like a hair transplant, I am first considering non-surgical options such as scalp injections, lasers, or stem cell treatments. I understand that stem cell treatments are typically repeated at intervals of a few weeks to a few months to improve hair thickness and density, so I only have a rough understanding of the structure so far.

However, there are many types of hair loss treatments, and the explanations are full of technical terms, so I am unsure which one is right for my condition. Since I am thinning both on the crown and in the M-shaped area, I think I will need a combination of treatments that go hand in hand with medication. I have heard that the effects of hair loss treatments generally appear after three months, but I am curious about the actual frequency and duration for monitoring progress. Could I get a summary during the consultation regarding the recommended cycles and minimum number of sessions for each of the scalp injection, laser, and stem cell treatments, as well as the approximate cost range for the treatment packages?
