Is it effective to combine body treatments with exercise?

I have been exercising consistently, but I am concerned because I don't see much change in certain areas no matter how hard I work. So lately, I have been looking into body treatments as well.

I am particularly curious about whether there is a difference in effectiveness when body treatments are combined with diet or exercise. I am not quite sure if lifestyle habits need to go hand in hand rather than just receiving treatments alone.

I am also curious about how many sessions are typically required for body treatments. Since it doesn't seem like a one-time thing, I would like to know how often I should schedule them.

I am also considering it important whether I can resume daily activities or exercise immediately after the body procedure. I would also like to know if bruising or swelling occurs.

Currently, I am most concerned about my abdomen and flanks, so I am also curious about how the consultation will proceed.
