Has anyone had hair loss treatment on the M-shaped hairline? What about the results?

I feel like my hairline is getting wider and wider, and I’m on the verge of collapsing. Even when I wear my bangs down, they split when the wind blows, exposing my forehead completely, so I get seriously stressed out every time I look in the mirror. I realized that if I leave it like this, something really bad will happen, so I’m planning to find a clinic and get some serious hair loss treatments.

I've heard that injection therapy, where medication is injected directly into the scalp, is just as effective as oral medication... but since it involves smashing my scalp with a syringe, I think it will be incredibly painful, so I'm nervous even before it starts. Do they just inject it directly into the scalp without anesthesia? I also want to know if there are any issues with washing my hair or going about my daily life immediately after the injection.

Also, I am curious about the recommended frequency for these hair loss treatments; typically, how many times over how many months do you need to visit for noticeable fine hairs to start growing? If anyone has actually seen significant results from hair loss treatments at a dermatology or scalp specialty clinic, please share your experience.
