My skin has become really dry, possibly due to the air conditioner. Would Jubelook help?

These days, I keep the air conditioner on all day at the office.
It's nice because it feels cool, but as time goes by, oil rises to the surface of my skin and makes it shiny.
The internal dryness has gotten really severe, with a tight, pulling sensation deep inside my body.

No matter how hard I apply moisturizer, it feels like it just sits on the surface of my skin.
I am looking for a fundamental solution.

I heard that the Juvelook treatment replenishes collagen deep within the skin, improving dryness and skin texture.

Since my skin is very sensitive, I'm worried that if I get the Juvelook treatment...
I'm worried that my skin might get redder or irritated.
