Hello. I have finally decided to undergo dermatological laser treatment, which is said to be excellent for preventing sagging pores and managing the skin barrier, and I am currently coordinating a clinic appointment. I have heard that the effects of injections or laser treatments usually gradually diminish over time, or that pores may widen again depending on sebum production. I would like to know how many months the effects of this treatment—such as refined skin texture and shrunken pores—typically last on average. If I diligently follow the recommended schedule, is it generally easy to maintain smooth skin and elasticity for over six months? Or do I absolutely need to get shots every few months to maintain the results? I am posting this question because I am curious to hear firsthand accounts of pore care regarding its longevity. What efforts should I make to maintain pore care that keeps skin firm and tight for a long time?
