Are there any treatments or oral medications for oily noses and skin problems?

It’s not just shiny; whenever my nose gets really oily, I notice a distinctive musty and sour sebum smell, which really bothers me. Could there be something wrong with my skin?

When I look at my nose, I have severe blackheads and an insane amount of oil. If I wash my face vigorously to remove the oil, my skin stings and dries out immediately. On the other hand, if I wash lightly, it feels like the oil hasn't been completely removed, causing breakouts.

How should I cleanse my face on a daily basis to reduce excessive nasal oil and get rid of this unpleasant odor? Please let me know if you have any tips on choosing basic skincare products or effective pore care methods. I desperately need your help. Thank you for reading.
