There is too much sebum and oil.

피지와 유분이 너무 많아요

I have always had oily skin, but recently it seems to have gotten even worse. Even if I wash my face in the morning and apply a light layer of skincare, my entire face becomes shiny by lunchtime, and the T-zone—especially my forehead, nose, and chin—is particularly oily. My makeup breaks down quickly, and my pores look more prominent, so I am stressed about it.

Because I have oily skin, I frequently get blackheads and whiteheads, and sometimes even inflammatory acne breaks out. However, if I wash my face too thoroughly or use strong cleansing products to remove sebum, my skin feels tight and dry underneath. So, I am becoming increasingly confused about what the right skincare routine is.

I've seen advice online suggesting that if my skin is oily, I need to hydrate sufficiently, and that I should use cosmetics with sebum-controlling properties. I've tried following these suggestions, but I haven't noticed any significant changes. I am very concerned because the shine gets worse and my pores seem to look wider whenever the seasons change or the weather gets warmer.

I am wondering what the most effective skincare routine is for someone like me with oily skin and excessive sebum. I would like to know if changing my usual cosmetics would be a good idea, or if treatments or procedures available at a dermatology clinic would be helpful. Rather than simply trying to eliminate sebum, I would appreciate recommendations for methods that can properly regulate oil without burdening the skin, while also managing pores and breakouts.

I have heard that lifestyle and dietary habits also have an impact, so I would appreciate it if you could also advise on what aspects I should pay attention to in my daily life. It would also be incredibly helpful if those who have resolved similar skin concerns could share their experiences, product recommendations, and skincare routines. Thank you.
