It's getting drier now that it's summer.

hello.

My skin is naturally on the dry side all over my body, and I thought it would get a little better in the summer, but perhaps because I keep the air conditioner on constantly, it seems to be getting even drier.

I try my best to prevent dryness on my face by following a meticulous skincare routine, reapplying moisturizer multiple times, and using face masks frequently. However, there is really no solution for my body, especially my hands and feet. As soon as I step out of the shower, my skin feels tight, the backs of my hands turn white and flaky, and my heels become rough in no time.

My skin is so dry that I slather on Vaseline or moisturizing cream every day and even wear socks to bed, but it feels like the relief is only temporary. It goes back to how it was the next day after I wash up, so it feels like I'm just repeating the same thing over and over. I've tried drinking more water, shortening my shower time, and using lukewarm water instead of hot water, but nothing really made a difference.

For those of you who, like me, have severely dry skin all year round, how do you manage it? Recommendations for body lotions or oils are welcome, and please share any methods you have actually seen results from, such as lifestyle habits, supplements, or medical treatments.

My skin is so dry that it makes daily life uncomfortable. I would really like to check out any experiences or product recommendations from people who have seen improvement through consistent care.

저도 여름이라 괜찮아질 줄 알았는데 에어컨 때문에 오히려 피부가 더 건조해지는 것 같더라고요
