How many times a day do you reapply sunscreen during the summer?

With the damp and humid rainy season coming, my skin is becoming even shinier and stickier.

I wash my face in the morning and apply sunscreen as a finishing touch...

I always hesitate every time I apply it.

I'm worried about how much sunscreen I should apply... and how many times I should reapply it.

I don't think applying it once in the morning will be enough... then over makeup

Do I need to reapply it?

Especially in the summer, I have a lot of sebum and sweat, so I think the sunscreen might wear off quickly...

But it feels too unpleasant to keep applying it... and the sticky feeling isn't very pleasant either.
