I would like to inquire about melasma during the summer.

As I entered my 30s, I often feel that my skin tone isn't what it used to be.

Now that it's summer, I'm really worried because my melasma seems to have gotten noticeably darker, perhaps due to UV rays. I usually apply sunscreen consistently and use whitening cosmetics, but I haven't seen as much change as I expected. I think it might be a good idea to try dermatological treatments, so I'm looking into it.

I've heard that melasma is difficult to manage once it appears, so I'm curious which treatment is most effective for melasma in my 30s.

Pico Toning is very famous, but I would also like to know if it helps to receive Pico Toning or a skin booster together.

My skin is on the sensitive side, so I prefer treatments with minimal irritation. I would appreciate it if you could also let me know the recovery period and the recommended number of sessions. Is Pico Toning usually done in the winter?

Please recommend some melasma management treatments that can be received relatively comfortably even during the summer.
