Scar care and patch application period after full-face small mole removal procedure

Whenever I look in the mirror, I am always self-conscious because the small black spots scattered all over my face make my skin tone look dull and give off an unclean impression. I am planning to use this weekend to have all the noticeable spots removed at Maypure. I heard that after removal, wounds form on the skin that look like holes, so proper care is necessary to prevent scarring. How many days do I typically need to wear a regenerative tape like Duoderm after the procedure? I am also wondering if I can wash my face or apply light sunscreen while the tape is on. Additionally, I have heard that deep spots may not come out completely at once and could reappear over time. If I need a re-treatment, I would like to know how long I can wait before getting it done again.
