I'm wondering how to shrink pores that have become excessively large.

My pores are already large, and now that summer has arrived, my sebum production has exploded, making it a total disaster. There are whiteheads embedded in every pore, so I've been trying my best to take care of them. However, since home care only removes sebum from the surface, white sebum keeps filling up again even after I remove the whiteheads. Because sebum keeps accumulating inside the pores, it feels like they are just getting bigger without having a chance to shrink. My pores are large all over my face, but unfortunately, they are the worst on my nose, which makes them look even more prominent. It is incredibly stressful, especially when I apply makeup; my pores look wide open or foundation gets stuck in them. What should I do to completely remove the sebum from inside my pores and reduce their size? Please let me know what treatments are effective for pore reduction. I am also curious if I can apply makeup immediately after the procedure, or if a recovery period is required.
