Are there procedures to get rid of dark circles?

Lately, I keep worrying because my dark circles seem to stand out particularly, whether it's because the fat under my eyes is sagging and casting shadows, or because the skin around my eyes has become thinner or lost elasticity.

It is to the point where I absolutely have to use a filter even after taking photos, and it doesn't seem to be covered well even when I apply makeup, so I recently purchased dark circle cover cosmetics separately.

I decided that I wouldn't be able to get rid of it at home, so I thought it would be best to get a dermatological procedure.
