Duration of results from Hiko/Barbie nose procedures to raise the tip of the nose and heighten the bridge.

My nose is generally low in height, and in particular, it has a bulbous shape with a blunt, flared tip, making the center of my face look flat and giving an unsophisticated impression. I am wondering if it is possible to sharpen my blunt nose tip and make my drooping bridge stand upright with the Hi-Ko procedure at Maypure. I have seen reviews stating that the pain is intense when the needle is inserted into the tip of the nose during the procedure, so I would like to know how meticulously the anesthesia is administered. Additionally, please let me know if there are any side effects, such as the threads penetrating the nasal skin or bending, and how long the results last.
