Could you please check if my skin needs pore care?

I am writing to ask if my skin needs pore care. To my face, my pores look quite large, but I'm not sure if they actually require care or if they just stand out more due to my skin texture or the lighting.

So, I would like to attach a photo taken to clearly show my pores. The pores around my nose and cheeks are visible, and my skin doesn't feel smooth overall. My cheeks feel tight after washing my face, and as time passes, the area around my nose becomes oily, so I'm confused about my skin type.

If I start pore care, I would also like to know whether I should manage sebum first, or focus on moisture or barrier care.

Rather than immediately applying harsh treatments, I would like to first assess the condition of my skin in the photo to determine if such care is necessary. I am also curious if it is better to start treatment before my pores get larger.
