I am thinking of starting diet injections before summer comes.
The fat I had kept tightly hidden under thick clothes all winter is now clearly revealed as I get thinner, and all I can do is sigh.
Between working and taking care of the kids, I have absolutely no time to go to the gym and work up a sweat. I tend to stick to my diet for a few days but end up exploding with late-night snacks when I get stressed, so I am ultimately thinking of trying diet injections.
Lately, when browsing online mom communities, I've noticed quite a few people saying they successfully got rid of that stubborn fat after getting diet injections. I'm seriously wavering because I've heard these injections are a surefire way to get rid of that utterly unsalvageable fat on the arms, abdomen, and inner thighs. There are so many types of fat-dissolving injections with such diverse names that I feel lost on which one to choose, but I am primarily looking for a safe option that does not contain steroids.
I am curious about the dosage administered per site and the usual recommended number of sessions suggested by the hospital.
If I have to get this done regularly, the overall cost is something I can't ignore. Please share some real reviews and tips on choosing a hospital from those who had it done safely and cost-effectively!
