I'm worried about blemishes that look like melasma. Which is better, Pico Toning or Lara Peel?

Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I’ve started to get a little bothered by blemishes, like faint freckles, that weren't really visible before. They can be covered up to some extent with makeup, but they are subtly noticeable on my bare face, so I am currently looking into dermatological treatments.

While researching, I saw that Pico Toning and Lara Peel are highly recommended, but since the purposes of the two procedures seem slightly different, I am having trouble deciding which one to choose. I would like my overall skin tone to become clearer and to see the pigmentation that looks like melasma fade. On the other hand, I would also like my skin texture and radiance to improve as well, which makes the decision even harder.

I did some research and found that Pico Toning is often used to improve pigmentation and blemishes, while there are many reviews saying that Lara Peel is highly satisfying for improving skin texture, condition, and radiance. For those of you who have actually received them, what differences did you notice?

I am curious whether Pico Toning was more effective for someone like me who doesn't have severe melasma but only light spots starting to appear, or if getting just Lara Peel was enough to make the skin look clearer. I would like to hear honest reviews or recommendations from those who have received both treatments.
