Acne Redness Treatment

I've been really stressed out lately because of the red acne scars. My acne has cleared up, but the red scars remain all over my face, making my skin look blotchy. I thought they would go away with time, but they've been gone for months and I'm worried. Has anyone tried any lasers or other treatments that are effective for acne scars? I'm also curious which treatments, like Fraxel, IPL, or PDL, have been most effective. Please share your reviews and recommendations!
