I have more and more whiteheads

I keep getting whiteheads on my face these days. They feel rough and itchy when I touch them, my makeup doesn't go on, and I don't want to look in the mirror.

So I've seen a lot of talk about popping out whiteheads. Do I really need to do this? Can't I just leave it alone?

I heard that squeezing a whitehead clears up my skin, but does squeezing a whitehead leave a scar? Some say it can get worse if done wrong. Can I just squeezing a whitehead at home? My skin is so sensitive, it's scary. If I don't squeezing a whitehead, will it continue to grow and become inflamed?
