Is there a surefire way to get rid of acne scars?

I used to have severe acne, and now my acne scars are a huge concern. They're particularly sunken on my cheeks and chin, and no matter how much makeup I put on, they don't look smooth. I've looked into acne scar treatments and found many options like laser treatment and regenerative treatments, but I'm curious if they're effective.
