Inquire about effective treatments and ampoules for acne management

As an office worker, I've been experiencing recurring inflammatory adult acne around my chin and cheeks due to recent stress and hormonal changes, which has been a major concern.
Once acne appears, it does not go away easily and can lead to red marks or pigmentation, so systematic acne management is urgent.
Currently, I am only using a mildly acidic cleanser and soothing toner for basic acne care.

I'm trying to start acne management because it's unavoidable.
In addition to basic acne care such as extraction and scaling, I would like to have a treatment that fundamentally controls sebum glands or has minimal disruption to daily life (work) during regenerative treatment.

Also, if there are any commercially available acne treatment ampoules that are effective in soothing and regenerating the skin during the pre- and post-treatment home care stages, and minimizing scarring, please advise and recommend them. Thank you.
