I think just by being mindful of drinking water, my skin seems to change a bit.

When my skin looks dull, I often find myself wondering if I should change my cosmetics. But these days, I start by thinking about how much water I drink. It's not a lot every day, but I'm trying to be conscious and drink it often.

At first, I found frequent bathroom breaks a bit annoying, but after a few days, my skin felt less tight after washing my face in the morning. I used to reach for cream right after washing my face, but these days, I've been having more days where I'm like, "Oh, this is a little better."

After showering, I just apply body lotion I have at home. Maybe it's because I've been drinking water consistently, but my skin feels less dry than before. Honestly, it's not something you notice immediately after a few days, but I feel a difference when I stop drinking, so I'm more mindful of it.

Rather than chugging down a sip when you're thirsty, the most practical approach is to drink frequently, one or two sips at a time, whenever you feel like it. It's a simple habit, but if you do it consistently, you'll definitely notice an improvement in your overall skin condition.
