What is the satisfaction level with the red mark toning laser package for acne?

The large, pus-filled breakouts that appeared in the past have almost all subsided, but they are now covered in dark, red marks that look like freckles or scars, making my face look very messy when I go without makeup.

I am under severe stress due to acne every time I look in the mirror, so I am looking into treatments like laser toning or Secret Laser to help fade the marks. I am asking this question because I am curious if the overall satisfaction with the results is generally high when patients undergo a toning package to treat hyperpigmentation remaining after inflammation has subsided, as is the case for me. Does the skin tone generally become clearer, and do the patchy marks tend to be cleanly erased?

I have thin and dry skin, so I am concerned that it might become drier or more sensitive after laser treatment. I would like to know if it is possible to safely remove only acne marks without any side effects.
