Please recommend a way to remove the brown and red marks left by acne.

Hello. A few months ago, my chin and cheeks were severely covered in acne, but it has now completely subsided. However, the problem is that dark brown pigmentation and red marks remain unsightly in the spots where the acne disappeared.

My skin looks patchy all over.

I have consistently applied whitening ampoules and scar ointments, but since I haven't seen any noticeable changes, I am finally planning to get a dermatological procedure. What lasers or treatments are available that can effectively remove both the redness and brown marks caused by acne simultaneously, just like mine?

I am wondering if this is a vascular laser or some type of toning. I would appreciate it if you could recommend any procedures or aftercare methods that you have personally seen results from.
