Has anyone tried acne extraction and pore care? T_T

Hi~ Maybe it's because I've been under a lot of stress lately, but I'm getting a serious breakout of tiny pimples around my chin and cheeks. On top of that, my pores have widened where the acne cleared up, so it's really upsetting to see my skin look bumpy like an orange peel every time I look in the mirror. I've tried scrubbing and using face masks at home, but nothing worked at all.

I feel like forcing them out with my hands at home only creates more scars, so I'm thinking of getting some help from a dermatologist. Haha.
