Please take a look at my skin. I need a diagnosis for treatment purposes.

It's redder than in the picture, and when I squeeze it, a little bit of fluid comes out, and it's incredibly itchy...

It’s on both cheeks. I went to a dermatologist, and they said it’s milia and that it’s just because it’s summer, so I got some medication. However, I looked it up online and read that milia aren't supposed to be itchy. I’ve never had it flare up this rapidly before, so what kind of treatment should I get to get my skin back to its original clear state...? Please help me.
