My cheeks are completely broken out with pustular acne. How about an anti-inflammatory injection? ㅠㅠ

Starting a few days ago, tiny red bumps began appearing on my cheeks, and as you can see in the picture, they have completely spread to my entire face into huge, painful, pustular pimples. It hurts so much that I tear up just from the slightest touch while washing my face, and the burning sensation on my skin is insane. I'm totally stressed out every time I look in the mirror. I tried leaving it alone at home with acne patches, but I'm worried it will just fester and leave deep scars, so I'm planning to go to the hospital right away. When the inflammation is this severe, would the quickest solution be to get anti-inflammatory injections first and then receive some kind of laser treatment to kill the acne bacteria? Should I get a scaling first? For those of you who had a severe breakout like me and found your skin looking its best after getting dermatological care, please recommend the best procedure!
