Now that I'm past my mid-20s, I'm worried because I keep getting one or two large pimples around my chin and mouth—something I didn't even get during my teenage years. Since they are large and pustular, I can't squeeze them, and if I leave them alone, they leave dark scars that make my face look messy overall.
