I have really bad cystic acne spreading on my cheeks. What should I do first? Lol ㅠㅠ

This is a picture of my cheek, and seriously, be warned: it's gross. ㅠㅠ Starting a few days ago, I had tiny bumps, and then suddenly my entire cheek completely broke out with these red, large, pustular pimples! It hurts so much that I tear up just from the slightest touch while washing my face, and the burning sensation is so intense that I've given up on home care and think I need to rush to a dermatologist right away. Haha. When the inflammation is this severe, should I start by getting a scaling to remove all the sebum and then getting an anti-inflammatory injection? Or would it be the surefire way to just go straight for the Capri laser, which is said to kill the acne bacteria? I'm so terrified that it will leave really bad scars. To those of you who have gone through a severe breakout like me and found relief at a dermatologist, please, please give me some advice on the order in which I should get treatments!
