I am writing to inquire because I see both acne and small bumps. When I take a close-up photo, I can see red, raised acne as well as small, bumpy, millet-like bumps on the surface of my skin.

My skin doesn't feel smooth to the touch, and it's stressful because that area stands out even more when I apply makeup. I thought washing my face thoroughly would help, but if I wash too meticulously, it actually feels dry and stinging.

In this case, is it possible to manage both the acne requiring extraction and the comedones together? Or, since my skin is sensitive, would it be better to start with soothing care? I am wondering if you can differentiate between inflammatory acne, comedones, and sebum issues when I receive a consultation regarding acne skin care.
