I'm stressed out because of adult acne and red marks, so please recommend a Maypure treatment!

I am so stressed because acne has suddenly started breaking out, something I never even did in my teens. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Large, red, cystic pimples keep appearing, especially on my chin and cheeks. I’ve tried squeezing them out myself using an extractor and switched entirely to acne-specific skincare products, but there is absolutely no sign of improvement. In fact, touching them only made the red marks worse, so they are difficult to cover even with makeup. ㅠㅠ
