I have a question about a care program for chronic acne and red marks~!!!

Hello. I am in my 30s and have been stressed about chronic acne and skin troubles that do not easily subside even after becoming an adult. Recently, whenever I am not feeling well or during seasonal changes, hard, painful pustular acne repeatedly breaks out around my chin and cheeks.
