Please recommend a cost-effective treatment for milia.

I'm worried because I keep getting small pimples on my chin.

It wasn't severe red acne, but it had bumpy bumps, so my skin texture didn't look clear.

It's also stressful that my makeup doesn't apply well and I keep touching it with my hands......

I feel like home care alone has its limits, so I am looking into getting dermatological treatments. However, rather than expensive procedures, I would like to start with cost-effective treatments. Please recommend any treatments that provided good satisfaction after just a few sessions, or those that are affordable.
