Is there a procedure to get rid of acne scars and red marks?

It’s been quite a while since I’ve gone without a mask since the COVID era, but the breakout marks around my chin and cheeks just won't go away. My skin is a bit sensitive, so whenever acne flares up, it always leaves red marks or pitted scars, making my face look so dull and messy overall... ㅠㅠ

Even though I try to cover it up with makeup, it washes off quickly because of the hot weather these days, so the scars are all exposed, and it really bothers me.
