Treatment for persistent acne around the jaw

Hello. I am writing to inquire because I am under a lot of stress due to the constant breakouts of acne around my chin recently.

The rest of my face is relatively clear, but I repeatedly get pustular acne specifically along my jawline and around it. It seems to subside for a while, but then breakouts reappear in the same spot around my menstrual cycle or when I get tired. Even though I try not to touch it, it leaves deep scars, and recently, I am very worried because the inflammation seems to be spreading.

I have tried personal efforts, such as applying over-the-counter acne ointments or changing my skincare products, but the relief is only temporary and does not seem to provide a fundamental solution. I am wondering if improvement is possible through treatments such as acne scaling or laser therapy at a dermatology clinic. Is it possible that hormones or internal factors could be the cause?
