I am curious about how to treat acne that appears along my jawline near my molars. It recurs occasionally even after I became an adult, and once it appears, it is so painful that even a slight touch causes severe discomfort. It is so uncomfortable just to apply ointment or touch it that I cannot even bring myself to squeeze it myself. I am wondering if general acne treatments apply to this type of severe acne, or if there is a separate treatment specifically for cases with deep inflammation. I would also like to know if there is a treatment method that can improve relatively quickly while minimizing pain, as well as the typically recommended number of treatments and the procedure itself.
