I'm worried about small sebum plugs.

Hello. I suffered from severe acne last year, but after a long period of treatment involving lasers to reduce sebaceous glands and extractions, my condition has improved significantly. However, I still have many small sebum plugs on the lower part of my cheeks. I went to get them extracted, but they said the size was too awkward to handle, and even when I tried to force it out, they didn't come out completely anyway. Also, I recently received a Capri treatment at Maypure, and while examining it, the doctor said that in my case, I probably don't need any further treatments. What kind of treatment would be helpful in this situation? If I leave them alone, the bumps are definitely visible when I wear makeup, and the bigger problem is that they tend to get bigger and turn into acne.
