My acne-prone skin has made my texture rough. Will getting treatment help improve that as well? :)
My biggest concern these days isn't just the acne, but the fact that my skin texture isn't what it used to be. ㅠㅠ In the past, my skin would feel smooth after washing it, but now, even when I touch it, I can feel the bumps, and my makeup doesn't seem to apply nicely.
At first, I thought it was just a temporary breakout and that it would get better over time, but it has been recurring for several months now. As one spot disappears, another pops up in a different place, and since it leaves red marks, my skin is starting to look increasingly messy, so I am under a lot of stress.
So, I'm thinking about getting acne treatment this time haha. But I'm wondering if it only reduces acne, or if it can also improve my rough skin texture.
Looking at the reviews, some people say their skin has become smoother, and others mention that their overall skin tone has brightened, so I am really curious about your actual experience.
For those of you who have received treatment for acne-prone skin, what was the first change you noticed? I'm curious whether the number of pimples decreased first, or if your skin texture became smoother.
I would also like to know if you changed your cleansing routine or basic skincare products while receiving treatment. I'm not even sure if the products I'm currently using are right for me.
Also, have you heard anyone around you say your skin has improved since you started taking care of your acne? I thought you might not notice the changes yourself since you look at it every day, haha.
If anyone started treatments with similar concerns, please honestly share how many sessions you received and how satisfied you were. I'm waiting for your real reviews!!
