Please recommend a good procedure for shrinking enlarged nose pores and controlling sebum!

Lately, perhaps because the weather has gotten hotter and more humid, my sebum production has increased, and the pores around my nose have become much wider and more prominent than before, so I am very worried.

I do try to take care of my skin in my own way by cleansing thoroughly and diligently applying pore-related products. However, it is difficult to shrink my already enlarged pores with home care alone, and I don't really feel any results.

In particular, the pores on my nose and butterfly zone have become noticeably enlarged, so even when I apply makeup, it doesn't fill in well and often looks patchy. Therefore, I am looking to seek help from a dermatologist.
