I am really bothered by my pores and scars. Is there an effective treatment method?

Hello, I am writing on the dermatology inquiry board because of enlarged pores and acne scars.

I have always had oily skin, and as time goes by, I can visibly see the pores around my nose and cheeks getting wider and larger. On top of that, old acne scars have deepened and are difficult to cover even with makeup. My skin texture looks uneven, which makes me upset every time I look in the mirror.
