Hello. I am writing to inquire because I am very concerned that the pores on my forehead have widened rapidly and my skin texture has become rough recently.

Although my skin has always been on the slightly oily side, lately the enlarged pores in the center of my forehead and above my eyebrows are noticeably visible. It is not just simple pore enlargement; I can feel a rough, bumpy texture to the touch, causing my makeup to cake and become more prominent.
