Messy skin texture that even makeup can't cover up ㅠㅠ

Hello. Lately, I have been concerned about my bumpy skin texture that doesn't cover well even with makeup and actually makes it look cakey.

Even after applying foundation or concealer, uneven skin texture, fine marks, and enlarged pores remain visible, making the skin look rough and highlighting the bumps. I would like an accurate diagnosis and treatment method to determine if this is simply due to dryness, or if the cause is enlarged pores, dead skin cells, or a loss of skin elasticity.

I would like to inquire whether skin booster treatments such as Rejuran or Juvelook are effective for improving rough and uneven skin texture, or if I should combine them with lasers for treating pores and unevenness such as Fraxel or Potenza, or Aqua Peel/scaling.

I would like to know the downtime, such as for redness or marks, after the procedure, and when I can apply makeup immediately. Please also let me know if the procedure can be performed on the same day following an in-person consultation.
