I have a lot of worries about acne these days.

I've been getting recurring acne breakouts lately, so I'm looking into acne treatment. I used to think it would get better on its own, but since it keeps appearing in the same spots, I think it would be better to get a proper consultation rather than just doing home care.

I’ve heard that acne treatment methods vary greatly depending on the condition of the skin. Since I heard that the management methods differ for acne that appears like small bumps and acne that causes red inflammation, I think it is important to accurately check the condition of my skin first.

In particular, since I tend to be left with red marks after my acne clears up, I am wondering if acne treatment can manage not only the current breakouts but also the scars that remain afterward. My skin is sensitive, so I want to avoid overly irritating methods; I would like to know how the consultation is typically conducted when starting acne treatment.

I am also curious whether acne treatment is a one-time thing or if consistent care is required for a certain period. Since I have heard that the cosmetics used at home and the way I wash my face can affect acne, I am looking into whether I need to change my lifestyle habits along with receiving treatments or care.

If anyone has received acne treatment, I am curious to know what was checked during the initial consultation. I would also like to know if the skin can become dry or sensitive after treatment, and for those who suffer from recurring acne, please share how you manage your skin. Thank you!
