For those of you who have been getting acne treatments for a long time, at some point does it become okay to extend the intervals between treatments? lol

여드름 피부관리 오래 받아보신 분들은 어느 순간 관리 간격을 늘려도 괜찮아지나요?ㅋㅋ

I am more curious about how long I have to do it than about when I start.

There is so much talk about needing to get skin care treatments a certain number of times that I feel pressured to keep going once I actually start.

My skin is currently prone to recurring breakouts and marks are gradually accumulating, so I feel like there are limits to managing it on my own.

So, I would like to try acne skin care, but if I have to go every week for several months, it is a bit of a burden in terms of both time and cost.

Is it possible to start with intensive treatments at regular intervals and then gradually increase the intervals once my skin stabilizes?

For example, I'm curious if there are people who manage it frequently at first and then switch to checking it about once a month later.

For those of you who have been receiving acne skin care for a long time, at what point did you feel your skin finally stabilize?

I don't think it will get clean after just one or two treatments, haha.

However, I hope that if I do this consistently for a few months, the number of new breakouts will decrease or my skin will become less sensitive than before.

I'm also curious if my skin goes back to its original state immediately if I stop taking care of it after it improves lol

If there are any people who have taken a break for a few months after receiving treatment consistently, I would like to know if your condition suddenly worsened significantly, or if it was maintained to some extent just by doing home care well.

In the long run, rather than relying solely on a dermatologist, I want to manage my skin at home and only get acne treatments when necessary.

I'm also wondering if it helps to maintain the routine by keeping my lifestyle habits in check rather than just adding new cosmetics.

For those of you who have actually been going for a long time, did you receive treatment for longer than you initially expected?

Or were you able to extend the interval faster than expected after receiving intensive treatment for a few months?

I'm curious about the realistic treatment cycles of those who have received acne care for a long time. When you factor in cost and time, I've found this to be the most important aspect, haha.
