Can I get a consultation for small bumps appearing along the temples and hairline, as well as for skin troubles on the areas where hair touches?

As the weather has gotten colder, I have been wearing a hat more often and letting my hair down more frequently. Since then, small, bumpy whiteheads have started appearing along my temples and hairline. At first, there were only one or two, so I didn't pay much attention, but lately, red pimples have mixed in along the hairline, making it feel rough to the touch. It feels even more stifling because this area is covered by my bangs, and I'm also confused whether my shampoo or hair products might be contributing to it. The pattern is a bit different from the breakouts I have in the center of my face, so I am asking for your advice as I am unsure how to explain it during a consultation.
1. Are small bumps on areas where hair touches, such as the hairline or temples, included in the scope of acne skin care consultation?
2. During the consultation, do you also check lifestyle factors such as shampoo, hair essence, and hat-wearing habits?
3. I am curious about the order of care when there is a mix of small bumps and red pimples.
4. How much moisturizing should I do when caring for this area during the dry late autumn?
I am attaching the photo below for reference to show you a similar feel to the area of concern I have.
