Can I remove moles cleanly with laser treatment?

I have had so-called freckles on my face since I was young, and I wanted to get rid of them, but since there was no such treatment method when I was young, they are still there. I am wondering if it is possible to remove them with laser treatment.

Also, if possible, there are about 50 on the face, and it costs a lot to treat them all with laser treatment.
