Inquiry regarding whether fingers/back of hand are included when removing hair from the entire arm

I would like to inquire about the 'full arm hair removal' program offered by Maypure.
I am considering full arm hair removal and would like to inquire about the scope of the procedure.
When you say 'full arm', I wonder if the procedure includes the area from just below the shoulder to below the wrist, that is, the back of the hand and the knuckles.

If the back of the hand and fingers are not included in the basic 'Full Arm Hair Removal' program, please let me know the additional cost if I want to add these areas.
