I'm curious about the best treatment for improving skin pigmentation.

I previously received a skin toning treatment for pigmentation at another dermatologist. I didn't notice much of a difference, but it did lighten the pigmentation a bit, which was satisfying.

That was almost a year ago, and now I'm starting to notice pigmentation again, like freckles and spots.
