Will people with sensitive skin not experience side effects from laser treatment?

My family member has particularly sensitive skin.

I bruise easily and get hurt easily.

I am worried that if I get laser treatment on my skin like this, the scars will not heal well.

I was also worried that I might need another skin treatment to heal.

I'm wondering if laser treatment is possible for people with sensitive skin, or if it would be better to look into other options.
