Skin peeling after picotoning

I paid for 20 pico toning sessions and received them 3 times, once a week.

 

There was no problem the first time, but after the second time, dead skin cells started to appear around my nose and chin the day after.

 

I received the third treatment last Friday and today I intentionally only used sunscreen and didn't use foundation, but the area under my nose and around my mouth is all swollen...

 

Is this how it was originally?
